Please join us in your “barn attire” as we reimagine a Club tradition and celebrate the evening in an “Out West Winter Wonderland”. Schedule of Events: 5:30-6p: Doors will open at 5:30 for those who want to arrive while it is still light out or get a jump on all of the auction items! Grab a drink and mingle! 6-8p: Dinner & bidding on one (or many) of the raffle items and preview of live auction. 7:45p: Bidding concludes. 8p: You'll have the opportunity to hear about the Club and its impact from Club Leadership and Alumni. 8:20: Raffle winners will be announced & you'll have a chance to win big as the live auction will begin! 8:45p: One last chance to "Help every youth reach their potential". 9p The party's over.
