5:30-6p: Doors will open at 5:30 for those who want to arrive while it is still light out or get a jump on all of the silent auction items! Grab a drink and mingle! 6-8p: Dinner this year is self serve with open seating; you'll have the chance to grab food from the food trucks and sit inside by friends, or outdoors by the fire. During this time, you can bid on one (or many) of the silent auction items! 7:45p: Silent auction bidding closes. 8p: You'll have the opportunity to hear about the Club and its impact from our CEO and one of our Members. 8:20: Silent auction winners will be announced & you'll have a chance to win big as the live auction will begin! 9p: One last chance to "Help every youth reach their potential". 9:30p: The party is over!
